Donald R. Wagner
Dr. Donald R. Wagner, 71, the founding dean of the Honors College and professor emeritus of Political Science at the University of West Georgia, died Oct. 4 after a lengthy but valiant battle with cancer. He was fondly remembered on Oct. 12 by family, friends and colleagues at his memorial service. MORE
