As soon as you can, please identify the groups of students you wish to communicate with -- i.e., students in a specific course, students taking courses for the first time at a distance, students who have taken more than one course, students in a specific program. Please contact Melanie Clay, Director of Distance & Distributed Education, via email (melaniec@westga.edu) or telephone 770-838-3018 with your student requests, and the method by which you wish to contact them (i.e. email, telephone conference call, class discussion group, class chatroom.) She will notify the appropriate students and, if necessary, faculty to expect contact from you. She will also provide you with detailed instructions on when and how to contact those students. Please allow 3 to 5 days for Melanie Clay to make these arrangements.
