All concurrent sessions will last 45 minutes. Each presentation room will be equipped with a PC, a video projection device, and a screen. Please note that Internet access is available. Limited technical support will be available if you need assistance.
A. Submit a 50 word overview of the topic to Melanie Clay by email no later than February 29, 2016. This will be posted in the conference website.
B. Instructions for delivering your FishBowl presentation.
The FishBowl works as follows. Your presentation room will be set up with a circle of 8 chairs in the center of the room. There will be two more circles of chairs around this central circle. Only those in the center circle can talk. You can ask for volunteers or select people from your audience. There will always be an empty chair in the circle. When someone from the outer circle wants to join the conversation, they may go and sit in the empty chair. When they sit down, someone else in the inner circle should leave so that there is always an empty chair left. As the facilitator, you may also select people to go and join the conversation.
There are no length requirements or restrictions. However, your paper will ideally be between 400 and 1600 words. We reserve the right to edit lengthy papers to meet space limitations.
At the end of the paper, put the names, positions, affiliations, addresses and email addresses of each author. This should go after the references, with one space between the references and the authors, and no heading.

Online conference registration begins November 1st. You should register online as soon as possible or by March 25th, 2016. In order to receive early registration rate, we must have registration and payment by March 25th, 2016. Hotel registration at the Jekyll Island Resort is available by calling 912-635-2600. A conference hotel rate of $139 per night is available. We suggest that you make your reservations as soon as possible to ensure that you get a room.
