DLA Wagner Award Nominations Excellence in Distance Learning Administration

Procedures and Guidelines for Nominations - { View Categories }

  • Anyone can nominate any individual currently involved in work concerning distance education by filling out the appropriate form. Please note that individuals may nominate themselves.
  • Nominations for awards should be submitted online by March 15, 2008. Nomination categories and forms are listed and linked below. Please click on the link for the designated award nomination form below. Be sure to click on the "Submit" button for each of the forms you complete. The selection of the winning candidates is made by the Online Journal of Distance Learning Administration editorial staff. Award recipients will be contacted on
    March 31, 2008. Following the selection, the announcement of the winners will be publicly made at DLA2008.
  • Winners must be willing to attend DLA2008. Registration will be complementary. Other expenses such as lodging and travel will be the responsibility of the award recipient. Winners will be asked to deliver a
    10-12 minute discussion during the DLA2008 conference opening dinner.
  • Should the candidate reach the final stage of the selection procedure, the OJDLA editorial staff reserves the right to request further information concerning candidates and documentation such as a vita.
