Faculty ResourcesOf the nearly 370 faculty at the State University of West Georgia, more than 180 have participated in some type of distance learning program. Faculty who are interested in joining these pioneers have at their disposal a comprehensive training program for distance learning, as well as ongoing support from the distance learning staff and student facilitators.
Among the services provided to faculty by distance learning services are:

- Faculty Manual for Teaching via Videoconferencing (300 pg. manual avail from srowland@westga.edu)
- Faculty Advisement Sheet for DE Students
- Taping of lectures for videotape or CD-ROM
- Distance course development
- Distance Learning Library and Research
- Desktop VideoConferencing Check-Out
