- NEVER EVER, EVER USE ALL CAPS
LONG BLOCKS OF TEXT THAT ARE IN ALL CAPS ARE DIFFICULT FOR THE READER BECAUSE THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE IN THE SIZE OF THE LETTERS. USE BOLD OR COLOR FOR EMPHASIS INSTEAD.
