• State Coordinator, SERC Star Schools Project, 1988 - 1990. Implemented a national interactive, satellite-based distance learning program into Georgia high schools.

• Director, Model Video Utilization Project, 1987 - 1990. Designed, developed and implemented a 4-year project funded by a $1,000,000 grant from the National Science Foundation.

• Coordinator, Information and Evaluation Section, 1986 - 1989. Designed, developed, & evaluated Division print & video publications, maintained computer databases of state-provided media resources and copyright information.

• Senior Media Development Specialist, 1984 - 1986. Designed and developed instructional television programs, teleconferences, video training programs and print materials.

• Coordinated school services, Interlibrary loan, media services, library programs and workshops for children and adults, and bookmobile services for a five-county library system. •Author and project director of LSCA Title I grant (funded) to design and produce an economical alternative to commercial bookmobiles, co-author of LSCA Title I grant (funded) to develop a model microcomputer system for small public libraries.
