What is WebCT?
WebCT is a software that provides online course tools. Faculty can choose which of these tools they wish to use and how.
Just because a course uses WebCT does not mean that it is a true online course. Some UWG faculty use WebCT only to enhance traditional face-to-face courses; others use WebCT to teach entire courses completely online; and still others use WebCT to teach "hybrid" online courses -- courses that meet some of the time online and some of the time on-campus.
