Getting Started

To open Camtasia:

1. Click on "START" button (located in the bottom left corner of your monitor). Select "All Programs", "Camtasia Studio" and "Camtasia Studio" again.
2. Now that you have entered Camtasia Studio, another browser window will appear asking you "what do want to do?"

To start a new project by recording the screen:

This takes users directly to options allowing them to record certain regions of their monitor.

Start recording a PPT presentation:

Will allow users to record PPT presentations.

Start a new project by importing media files:

Allows users to open other media/graphic files and begin working through Camtasia Studio

Open an existing project:

Allow users to open a project that was previously edited in Camtasia Studio.
