DEADLINE FOR ALL SUBMISSIONS:
JANUARY 13!
Literary Submission
Guidelines:
Please send submissions of poetry, fiction, drama, screenplays, and
nonfiction to eclectic@westga.edu
The subject line of the e-mail should be read "[Your name here]
Submission." For example, "John Doe Submission."
Submissions should be sent as e-mail attachments in Microsoft Word
format. Please include a cover sheet containing your name, contact
information, a short author bio, and the titles of works submitted (see example cover sheet
here). Your name should appear ONLY on the cover sheet.
Art Submission Guidelines:
A cd with your name,
eclectic 2010, and your e-mail address on the front with
the following information burned on it.
- A
brief, 1-2 sentence artist biography
- A
good digital image of piece with a resolution of at least 300 dpi saved
as a jpg format.
- The
image should be saved as your first and last name, underscore, then
number of the piece
Ex: BrittanyGarber_1
- The
cd should also contain an image list that includes
The title of your piece
Medium used
Dimensions
Year completed
Ex: If you submit 2
images, the first image labeled and saved as BrittanyGarber_1 , then on
your image list you should have :

The second image should
be labeled BrittanyGarber_2

These cds should be
turned into box labeled eclectic in the art office, 3rd floor
humanities before January 13, 2010!!!
Music Submission Guidelines:
All music must be on a
CD and turned into the music department addressed to Jonathan Greene.
All Genres are welcome
Submissions due no later than 5pm on the 12th
