FINAL DEADLINE FOR ALL SUBMISSIONS:
JANUARY 25!

Literary Submission Guidelines:
Please send submissions of poetry, fiction, drama, screenplays, and nonfiction to eclectic@westga.edu

The subject line of the e-mail should be read "[Your name here] Submission." For example, "John Doe Submission."

Submissions should be sent as e-mail attachments in Microsoft Word format. Please include a cover sheet containing your name, contact information, a short author bio, and the titles of works submitted  (see example cover sheet here). Your name should appear ONLY on the cover sheet.

Art Submission Guidelines:

Art submissions this semester are currently only accepted on CD. Please use the following guidelines when turning in art for the Eclectic. There is no limit to the number of submissions as long as they fit on one CD, but we encourage you to submit your best work.

Images should be:

-No smaller than 2000 pixels at the largest dimension.

-Needs to be at least 300dpi or more.

-Photos of work need to be well-lit with good lighting and high resolution (no smaller than 300dpi).

-jpeg format only

CDs should include a text (.txt) file listing the following:

-Artist's full name

-Artist's email

-Title of each work (with accompyning filename on the cd)

-Dimensions of each work (heighth, width, depth in inches)

-Medium of work.

Label CDs clearly with your name and "Eclectic Submissions" then drop them in the box marked Eclectic in the art office in the 3rd floor of Humanities.

Submissions should be sent as e-mail attachments in mp3 and Microsoft Word format. Please include a cover sheet containing your name, contact information, a short author bio, short program notes about the piece (what the piece is about or structure of the piece) and the titles of works submitted.
