conference organized by the Southern Regional American Conference
for Irish Studies at Emory University in March. Students spent two
days attending a range of scholarly panels, from "Irish Landscapes"
to "Culture and Politics in Northern Ireland" to "James
Joyce" and finished their conference experience at a reading
by Pulitzer Prize-winning poet Paul Muldoon.
