UWG Film Studies 30-Second Film Contest
The UWG Film program held a film contest last fall to help promote the study of film on campus. The contest was open to any registered student presently attending the University of West Georgia. Each participant created a 30-second promotional video spot about the new Film Studies minor and other work with film at UWG. The winning 30-second spot will air on UTV (University Television) and the winning filmmaker will receive a $500 prize. We have also added an Audience Award as another means of recognition for the film contest entries. The films below are the nine entries received by the deadline. Please watch and enjoy!
Audience Award voting is now open and will remain open until the festival. Go to the link below and vote.
