hours of electives chosen from courses above the 3000 level (Literature,
Translation, Film and Literature, Business Spanish, Special Topics, and
any other offering). Students who take SPAN 3210, Introduction to Spanish
Writers, should also take SPAN 4013, Spanish-American Culture and Civilization,
and those taking SPAN 3220, Introduction to Spanish-American Writers, should
take SPAN 4012, Spanish Culture and Civilization.
