Lori Knox received her B.A. from Centenary College and her M.A. and Ph.D. from Louisiana State University. Before arriving at UWG, she taught at LSU and the Université de Poitiers in France. She also directed the LSU in the French Alps study abroad program. Her current research examines how early modern French women wrote themselves into the world of politics.
