ADVANCE REGISTRATION – SUMMER / FALL SEMESTER 2008

** - Students will be able to add/drop courses for other sessions after this date. However, anyone registering on or after June 6 will be assessed the $75.00 late fee.

**** - No transactions can be processed on June 30 due to fiscal year close-out.

The $75.00 late fee may be assessed to students registering on or after August 15th.

BanWeb will go down promptly at 5:00 PM on April 25, June 27, and July 31, 2008.

***Students registering during Advance Registration must pay their tuition/fees by the designated deadline for the term in which they are registering. Schedules of students who do not pay by the deadline dates will be dropped. Students will not be given the opportunity to re-instate their dropped schedules by paying a late fee as has been done in the past. Any student registering during Late Registration & Drop/Add will be assessed the $75.00 late fee.

After late registering or adjusting your schedule, you are responsible for printing a copy of your schedule and bill, and checking the accuracy of both. If you have adjusted your schedule and your new bill shows a balance due, please see The Scoop Student Guide (Fall, Spring, or Summer Edition) for more information regarding the date in which your fees will need to be paid each term. You can view The Scoop online at http://www.westga.edu/~registra/scoop.htm. Fees (including $75.00 late registration fee for late registrants) can be paid in the Office of the Comptroller in Aycock Hall, in Student Financial Services, or at the cashier's window. If your fees are not paid by the fee payment deadline, your classes will be dropped.
