2009 UWG Graduate & Professional School Fair
On behalf of the University of West Georgia (UWG), we would like to extend a special invitation to attend our 2009 Graduate and Professional Schools Fair on Monday, October 19, 2009, which will be held in the UWG Campus Center Ballroom from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. The fair is meant to provide our students and alumni with information on the best opportunities for continuing their education. In addition, the fair gives representatives the opportunity to meet one-on-one with high quality, talented students who may be interested in your graduate program offerings. The University of West Georgia enrolls over 10,000 undergraduate and graduate students to our programs.
Schedule
9:00 AM - 10:00 AM Registration/Set-Up
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Graduate & Professional School Fair
12:00 PM - 2:30 PM Lunch will be served
Set-Up
A 6-foot table and tablecloth will be provided. If you need access to electricity, please make this indication on your online registration form. Electrical outlets are available on a first come, first serve basis. We are requesting that participants bring their displays, literature, and brochures to be distributed to students. Sign-in and set up will begin at 9:00 am. Participants will enjoy a continental breakfast and lunch will be served at noon.
Registration
The registration fee is $125.00 per school/organization. If any additional representatives are attending with you, please be sure to include an additional $20.00 fee per person for meals. It will also be helpful if you would include any special accommodations and/or dietary needs on your registration form. Space is limited, so get your registration in as soon as possible!
