Availability
of Financial Aid & End of Late Registration (Drop/Add)
Federal regulations require that the Financial Aid
Office discontinue making adjustments to students’ financial aid on the
last day of late registration (drop/add) in order to disburse funds to
students’ accounts. Therefore, effective Spring Semester 2005, the
Financial Aid Office will no longer adjust a student’s aid when
classes are added after the last day of late registration (drop/add). This means that students will be paid
according to the hours in which they are enrolled in as of January 12, 2005
at 11:55 pm. For more information regarding this policy, please contact the
Financial Aid Office at 678-839-6421 or finaid@westga.edu.
Thank you.
