Georgia State Parks have correlated their school programs with the Georgia Performance Standards!
Georgia State Parks have correlated their school programs with the Georgia Performance Standards! Better yet, they have created a new Field Trip web page to make it easy for teachers to find programs that meet the science standards that they want to address. They can view a complete listing of programs in their region, read a description of the program and see which standards are covered. The 22 participating Georgia State Parks have also posted school program brochures on their site's web page to aid teachers in planning their field trips.
In addition, our 18 Georgia State Historic Sites have compiled the social science standards addressed at their sites. Fort King George State Historic Site has created a complete curriculum guide.
