| Confidentiality of Records |
| All medical and health information is
confidential, recorded only in medical records.
Medical records are secured, meeting all federal HIPPA regulations, for a period of 10 years.

| Student Health Insurance |
| Your student health fee covers medical care only at the Health Center.
All services outside of the Health Center (e.g. X-rays or hospitalization)
are not covered by your health fee. Many students are covered under
their parents' or their own hospital insurance plans. For those who
are not, a student health policy is available through many insurance
carriers. To obtain information on student insurance, contact
the Office of Vice President for Student Services, Bonner House
(678-839-6423) or Health Services (678-839-6452). |
