Dr. Hild has written a book, Greenbackers, Knights of Labor, and Populists: Farmer-Labor Insurgency in the Late-Nineteenth-Century South (University of Georgia Press, 2007). He is currently researching politics in Paulding County, Georgia, in the Populist and Progressive Eras.
