Foodways Alliance Meeting
Oxford, Mississippi, October 2004
Graduate students Helen Chambers and Emily Erwin participated in the Southern Foodways Alliance's annual meeting held at the University of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi. Helen and Dr. Ann McCleary presented a pre-conference workshop on oral history while Emily Erwin participated in her new role as Director of the Capps Museum and Archives at Delta State University, where she will be hosting a traveling Smithsonian exhibit on foodways in 2004.
