2009 NCHC Conference

The Honors College will have 7 students presenting undergraduate research at the 2009 NCHC Conference in Washington, DC on October 29 - November 1. In 8 of the past 12 years no other Honors College or Program has had more research submissions accepted than West Georgia. Also, we have had at least one student accepted to present at NCHC every year since 1994, which is the longest record in the history of this conference. Congratulations to our students for this great achievement!

Honors Tailgating Cookout

The Honors College will have its first Tailgating Cookout on Saturday, September 5th from 2:30 - 4:30 pm at the Honors House back lawn. All students are invited to join us for food, prizes and fun as we get ready for the Grand Opening of the new UWG stadium and our 1st football game of the 2009 Season.
