Financial Aid

First-year Honors students have the opportunity to live and learn with other academically talented and motivated students.

For Fall 2013, New Honors Freshmen have the option to live on the Co-ed Honors Floor in the newest residential building - The Oaks.

The Oaks are centrally located on the campus - both adjacent to the new East Campus Dining Hall and within close walking distance to most academic buildings, including the Ingram Library.

Honors students must complete a Housing Application, including payment, before an official Housing assignment can be made. All Honors Housing options are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests for non-honors roommates will be reviewed, but are not guaranteed.

More information about UWG Housing and Residence Life, including instructions on how to apply for housing can be found at:

Note: Honors Housing is not a requirement of enrollment in the Honors College. Commuter students and Continuing students who have the option of living off-campus, may do so and still participate in the Honors College.
