At the University of West Georgia, Intramurals and Recreational Services are rooted in the belief that every person has the need and right to wholesome recreation that develops physical, mental, and emotional attributes. Intramural sports are organized activities that allow students, faculty, staff, and family of the UWG community to participate in adventure trips, sports, and recreational activities. These programs promote sportsmanship, fellowship, and lasting friendship.
