Fitness Staff
Our fitness instructors have a diverse background in their areas of interest. We offer 5 different styles of yoga, bellydancing, Hip Hop, Mat Pilates, ABS, Step, and much more. Our boxing class is taught by an Amatuer Boxer, and the Boot Camp classes are instructed by Personal Trainers.
The Campus Center employs Certified Personal Trainers who must attend a comprehensive hands-on training course before they can train clients. We bring in consultants for our trainers, who have extensive backgrounds in Biomechanics, Sports Medicine, and Strength & Conditioning.
