2002 - present Associate Director for Networking and Systems,

Information Technology Services, State University of West Georgia (UWG ITS)

• Provide oversight for daily operations in networking, systems and desktop support areas of ITS.

• Responsible for enterprise wide planning, design and implementation of network services, including the residence hall network

• Responsible oversight of campus wide systems support, including the student information system, email and web servers, and Windows 2000 file servers.

• Responsible for oversight of desktop support services for the campus

• Act as liaison between ITS and departmental support units on technology based issues

• Provided leadership in the development of Student Information Technology Services, a student organization which provides hardware and software support to all UWG students.

•Directed and coordinated the operations and the strategic planning of Technical Support Services with supervisory responsibility for 9 full time and 12 part-time staff.

•Designed and implemented organizational and management strategies to maximize the application of information resources and technologies to campus functions.
