1.  Complete the career assessment survey at Career Guide .  After completing the survey questions, answer the following (based on the results):

a) What were your two top career interest areas?  Indicate the "letter" and "title".
b) What are occupations associated with your career interest areas?
c) Do the results make sense for you?

2.  Many useful consumer decision/financial calculators are available at selected web sites.  One excellent site for such calculators is (Financenter.com).  Select two calculators provided at this site.  The financial calculators are found under "Analyzers"  Answer the questions (fill in the blanks) as realistically as possible for each calculator.

a) Which two calculators did you select?
b) Briefly summarize the results of each calculation.

3.  Select a product such as a CD, book, video, etc. (by author or title if desired) which begins with the first letter of your last name.  Use one of the price robots (or shopping agents), (Consumer World, Dealtime, MySimon,  PriceGrabber or Pricescan) to find the cheapest merchant on the Internet selling this product.  Be sure the price includes shipping and handling.

a) list the name of the product
b) list the e-commerce merchant and the price for the product
c) list the name of the shopping agent you used to find the lowest price merchant

4.  Pick a new car you might be interested in purchasing.  List the make and the model.  Using the
Edmund's Guide, determine the dealer's invoice cost for this car.  In addition, list a competing model for this car.

5. Use the BizRate.com site ( http://www.bizrate.com/)  to answer the following:

a) How are the store ratings obtained by Bizrate?
b) List the rating score of a company whose name begins with the first letter of your first or last          name.  List the name of the company and the main products it sells.
