Submitting Requests for Library Reserve Materials

Submitting Requests for Library Reserve Materials

UWG Faculty: to place items on Reserve or reactivate previous course lists, click on the link below to log in to the Library's Docutek system. Then, either edit your existing course reserves pages or create new pages and add item information to them. A link to detailed instructions for doing this is provided below.

NOTE: Please enter complete bibliographic citations for items to be placed on Reserve BEFORE bringing materials to the Library for scanning.

Reserves Processing: the earlier you set up your Course Reserves page in Docutek and get your materials to us, the more likely it will be that everything will be ready for your students when classes begin. If you wait until the first week of classes--when we are typically swamped--it will probably take longer than you would like. PLEASE anticipate your needs, so that your instructional support materials will be available when you need them to be.

Have questions? ...need a Docutek login or training? Contact John Kidd, 678-839-6502 or jkidd@westga.edu.
