In July 2000, the State University of West Georgia entered into an agreement with the Georgia Commission on the Holocaust to house the Holocaust Center materials in Ingram Library. A copy of the agreement is included.

All materials will be cataloged and processed. Materials in the Holocaust Center will not circulate. If there are duplicate copies, the second one will be given to Ingram Library for the circulating collection. If there are more than two copies, the other copies are sent un-processed to the Holocaust Center. If Ingram Library already has the title, the additional copy is still added to the collection.

Paperbacks will be sent to the bindery. The GHC will pay for binding copies for their collection, as well as the copy donated to the library.
