Support Staff Search Procedures

1. The Director, in consultation with the Associate Director, the Division/Department Head and the Supervisor of the position to be filled, determines which path is to be followed in filling the position: the committee path or the supervisor path.
   • In the event of the committee path being chosen, the procedures to be followed are these.
   • In the event of the supervisor path being chosen, the procedures to be followed are these.
   NOTE:   Board of Regents and/or State University of West Georgia policies take precedence over Library procedures.
