The Early Church On-Line Encyclopedia (Ecole) Initiative is a cooperative effort on the part of scholars across the internet to establish a hypertext encyclopedia of early Church history (to the Reformation) on the World-Wide Web.

1200 entries, two-thirds of which are devoted to personalities. In addition to people, coverage is given to churches, organizations, topics, and issues dating fromt the eighteenth century to the present. The Proceedings of the Friesian School
The essays in this electronic philosophy journal address many historical, scientific, religious, economic, legal, and political issues, including articles on Buddism, Confucius, Kant and other philosophers, Hinduism.
