Student Job Openings:
Ingram Library hires student workers for employment in various departments
within the Library throughout the academic year. To qualify for
employment, students must be currently enrolled for at least one class during
the semester employed. Federal Work Study awards are issued by the
Financial Aid Office. You can only qualify to work in a Federal Work Study
position if you have been awarded a grant from this office. If you are
not sure whether you qualify, please contact the Financial Aid Office in Aycock
Hall.
Positions open and close frequently. If you are interested in a
particular job, be sure to look at this page often.
If you would like to apply for any of the OPEN
positions listed below, please apply in person with the Student Employment
Services in Parker Hall. If your qualifications and schedule meet the
needs of the hiring departments you will be called for an interview. The
Library generally receives more applications than it has openings and all
applicants may not be contacted for interviews. If you do not get hired
the first semester you apply and you are still interested in working in the
Library, it is strongly recommended that you submit a new application each
semester so we know your current schedule and that you are still interested in
our jobs.
