Mariano Pacetti joined the UWG music faculty in 1990. He has taught in the Newnan-Coweta County School System as a band director, and has extensive professional experiences as a saxophonist in Cleveland, Las Vegas, Orlando, and Atlanta. Mr. Pacetti received his degree in Music Education from Cleveland University (Ohio). He has performed live on stage and recorded with such groups as the Temptations, Sha Na Na, Little Anthony and the Imperials, Percy Sledge, and Frankie Valle and the Four Seasons, and played with the Macon Symphony and Cleveland Symphony in Pops Concerts.
