Promotion & Tenure Orientation Workshop
Session for first-third year faculty designed to orient them to promotion and tenure guidelines and processes for the College of Education
Pre-Tenure Review Workshop
Session outlined policies and procedures related dossier preparation for pre-tenure review targeting those preparing dossiers to be reviewed by departmental faculty committees.

Session introduced topics, guidelines, and processes related to developing a Seed Grant proposal

II. Professional Development Sessions from the Center for Distance and Distributed Education
The UWG Distance and Distributed Education Center (DDEC) supports faculty in providing meaningful, instructionally appropriate learning opportunities to students in distance courses. The DDEC provides faculty with workshops, one-on-one assistance, virtual sessions, and phone support. The opportunities for professional development that they provide are so extensive, it would be impossible to list them here.
