RN-BSN PROGRAM PROJECTED COURSE OFFERINGS 2008-2011

Please follow the following guidelines in planning your program of study:

1. NURS 3122 (Professional Concepts) is pre-requisite to all other BSN nursing courses except NURS 3172 (Health Assessment).

2. NURS 3172 (Health Assessment) must precede or be taken concurrently with NURS 4470 (Community Health Nursing Practice for RN Students).

3. NURS 4422 (Senior Seminar) must be taken during the final semester of BSN nursing courses.

4. NURS 4470 (Community Health Nursing Practice for RN Students) and NURS 4475 (Leadership and Management for RN Students) are clinical courses and each requires 60 hours of preceptor-based clinical experiences.

5. Students make take nursing courses on any of the three campuses as long as there is space available.

6. Courses may be cancelled if enrollment is less than University requirements.
