Teaching Philosophy:
Students learn best when they are encouraged, through repetition, when material to be learned is presented from the simple to the complex, when information to be learned has meaning to them, when they are interested and challenged. Teachers teach best when they love what they are doing, when they see themselves as facilitators rather than judge and jury and when they enjoy and appreciate the differences among their students.
