Teaching Philosophy:
Teaching involves creative and imaginative use of knowledge and skills. Teaching is more than standing at a podium and speaking. Engaging the students and assisting them in learning are two important factors. Self-respect, respect for others, dignity, belief in self, and effort are all aspects of teaching and learning. I encourage and challenge my students during their learning endeavor. Individuals must believe in themselves and their abilities in order to teach or learn. I implement the nursing process in my teaching. I teach by learning and learn by teaching.
