Big Brothers

Each initiate will be given a "Big Brother" during the initiate program.  The "big" will help initiates through the initiation by providing moral support and answering any questions that he or she may have.  Each initiate will be required to attend the Big/little retreat which wil take place during one of the weekends of the program.  Here, initiates will have an opportunity to get to know the potentional big brothers, and will choose who he or she wants as a big.
