Committee Review Integral to the affairs of the chapter, the committees will routinely perform some of the "grunt" work for Phi Sigma Pi Gamma Delta. Each brother is assigned to a committee based on preference, and these committees will do much of the planning of events that will take place during a given school term. Each committee will basically operate on its own, yet seeking help from the other brothers as the situation dictates. Each committee had one (sometimes two) chairperson(s) who in the end, has final say on planning of events related to that committee. In other words, the Fundraising Commitee Chairperson will determine when fundraising events are planned, social commitee chair will determine when social events are planned and will occur and etc. This is not to say that the chairperson is the only one doing the work for that particular committee however. Each committee will have a number of brothers helping determine, plan, and execute a particular event, and the committee members participation are integral for a committee to operate. We are brothers, and it is our responsibility as brothers to help each other when the time comes, and to better make Phi Sigma Pi Gamma Delta an effective and respectable entity on campus.
