Rush and Initiate Advisors

The Rush advisor is in charge of the Rush for Phi Sigma Pi.  He or she oversees recruitment and all recuitment related activities.  The Initiate Advisor is the major link between the chapter and Initiates who are interested in joining Phi Sigma Pi.  He or she is responsible for teaching initiates about the chapter and generally being there for the initiates when they have trouble.
