Initate Program Requirements The Phi Sigma Pi Initiaton program is a 8-9 week period where the initates will learn about the fraternity. As a group, the initiates in the class will elect a class president, vice president, secretary and treasurer. Each initiate will be givien a big brother who will help them through the program, and an Initiate advisor who will teach them about the fraternity. Other parts of the program will include.......
- Organizing a scholarship event - Organizing a fundrasing event - Interviewing Brothers in the Fraternity - Attending Initiate Class Meetings - Take Quizzes to review their knowledge of the Fraternity - Take a final Brother's exam to test their knowledge of the fraternity.
