Initiate Journals
Each initiate is responsible for keeping a journal during the initiation program. The journal can be short, but typically will include a summary of what they have done with the Fraternity. Entries should also include any thoughts, feelings, questions, or concerns that an initiate may have. These journals are private, and will only be seen by the initiate and his or her initiate advisor. It gives the initiate an opportunity to voice concerns, whether it be school, personal, or fraternity related and allows the initiate advisor to help out where he or she can.
