SPARK LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

The Spark Leadership Conference, typically held in the winter, is a relatively new addition to the fraternity.  It is a national event that focuses on the leadership aspect of the tripod.  It trains and inspires future leaders of Pi Sigma Pi, and produces people to be more effective leaders in their respective chapters.

In doing so, SPARK has the potential to not only better attendees, but also the undergraduate chapters.  Attendees can become better leaders, better brothers, better friends, and better human beings, ready to strongly influence those people around them.
