After Rush

     At the conclusion of the Rush period, Rushees whom the brothers feel will make good Initiates will be invited to what is called Bid/Pinning.  From here, the rushees will take the name as initates of Phi Sigma Pi and will begin the 8-10 week process of becoming brothers.  Initiates will go through this initiate program where they will learn about the fraternity and interview brothers.  Meetings will occur once a week and the initate class will plan one Social, one Service, one fundraising and one scholarship event.  Don't let the requirements scare you though, for this is actually a great time for initiates to get to know each other and the brothers, and for initates to learn about what Phi Sigma Pi is about!
