How to Get involved

To Apply for Teach for America, just got to teachforamerica.org and fill out their online application by the specified date.  Your online application will include:

-        -  Personal Information

-         - One Page Resume

-         - 500 Word Maximum Letter of Intent

-         - 500 Word Maximum Essay

After Apply, a Teach for America selection committee will review the application determines who would be the most promising applicants to invite to an interview-day session.  At the interview, applicants will hold a sample teaching lesson, a group discussion, and a personal interview. 

Those Accepted applicants will receive an offer to join the corp and an assignments to a region along with a tentative grade and subject assignment.
