Questions about the Old Saybrook 2 Conference?

Within these pages, we have attempted to be thorough in providing information about the Old Saybrook 2 Conference. However, it is difficult to anticipate all possible questions pertaining to such an event. This page is an attempt to answer a few of the most frequently asked questions about the conference. We hope you find your question answered here, but please do not hesitate to contact us via email with any additional questions and concerns which you may have.

Anyone who has a currently valid student ID card for the academic year 1999-2000 is eligible for the student. Full-time vs. part-time enrollment and graduate vs. undergraduate are not issues. Anyone with a currently valid student ID card may receive this rate. Please note, however, that you will be required to present this card when being initially checked-in to the conference.

At this time, we are unable to accept registration forms electronically via the web. We are asking that you print out the web page registration form and either:
1) mail it to:
OS2
State University of West Georgia
Dept. of Continuing Education/Public Services
Carrollton, GA 30118-6000

or 2) fax it to: (770) 836-6793
Please note, however, that if you choose to fax in your form, this is not considered a "secure" method. You are advised to leave off your credit card information and a representative from the Continuing Education Department will call you back for that information.

The conference will officially open with a banquet at 5:30pm on Thursday, May the 11th and officially close with a final ceremony and lunch at around 1:00pm on Sunday, May the 14th.

To post a position paper, you should send it to Art Warmoth via email. The paper itself should be included as an attached file in either Microsoft Word (.doc) or plain text (.txt) format.
