Thursday, May 11

5:30pm - 7:00pm - Conference officially opens with a celebration banquet.
7:00pm - 10:00pm - "21st Century Walk" - Mike Arons, Maureen O'Hara, Art Warmoth, and Eric Dodson host the opening ceremonies and introductions. The "Open Space" format, which will run throughout much of the confernence, is introduced. "Evocative Table Talk" follows.

Friday, May 12

8:00am - 9:00am - Breakfast.
9:00am - 12:00pm - Open Space Marketplace begins operation. Facilitator: John Adams. (A short break is scheduled at 10:30.)
12:00pm - 1:30pm - Lunch.
1:30pm - 5:30pm - Open Space Marketplace resumes. (A short break is scheduled at 3:00.)
5:30pm - 7:00pm - Social and dinner.
7:00pm - 10:00pm - Large facilitated gathering to share Open Space themes and revisit Open Space plans for Saturday morning.

Saturday, May 13

8:00am - 9:00am - Breakfast.
9:00am - 12:00pm - Open Space Marketplace resumes operation. (A short break is scheduled at 10:30.)
12:00pm - 1:30pm - Lunch.
1:30pm - 3:00pm - Conference breaks into 3 panel discussions. (A short break is scheduled at 3:00.)
3:10pm - 5:30pm - Panels report results to larger group.
5:30pm - 7:00pm - Social and dinner.
7:00pm - 10:30pm - The Jim Klee Forum. Keynote Speaker: John Rowan. Discussants: Kirk Schneider, Kaisa Puhakka, Amedeo Giorgi.

Sunday, May 14

8:00am - 9:00am - Breakfast.
9:00am - 10:30pm - Distribution of conference proceedings. Convergence on conference focus/results. Facilitator: (A short break is scheduled at 10:30.)
10:40am - 12:00pm - Large group closing ceremony. Facilitators: Art Warmoth, Maureen O'Hara, Mike Arons, and Eric Dodson.
12:00pm - 1:30pm - Closing lunch and departure.
