Graduation Information
Welcome to the University of West Georgia's graduation page! If you want to apply for graduation, there are two forms you need to fill out. Just click on the links below and then print out the pages. Fill them out and drop them off at Parker Hall or mail them to the Registrar's Office, University of West Georgia, Carrollton GA 30118.

In order to accommodate the number of anticipated guests and to meet Fire
Marshall codes, each applicant who indicated their desire to participate in the ceremony will be mailed a minimum of eight (8) guest tickets
for admission into the Campus Center Gymnasium where the ceremony will take
place. All other guests will be directed to the TLC lecture halls to watch
the ceremony on a simulcast. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AT THE CEREMONY, GRADUATES
NEED TO MAKE THE DECISION ON DISTRIBUTING THEIR TICKETS TO THEIR OWN GUESTS.
Tickets will be mailed out the week of April 14th. One additional ticket may be picked up in
the office of University Communications & Marketing.
