Please note that all assignments are tentative and may be changed prior to August 1 Please be advised that notices will NOT be mailed regarding room assignment information and move in dates and times. All this will be online. If it is necessary to send information it will come to your MyUWG email address so please check your UWG email often.

Instructions:

Log into MyUWG with your user id (example: jsmith1). Your PIN is the last two digits of your birth year followed by the last four digits of your Social Security number.

Choose BanWeb from the tabs across the top.

From there, choose "Student Services and Financial Aid"

The "Housing and Meal Plans" option is near the middle.

You will see your Residence Hall and Room Number, Room Phone Number, PO Box Number, Roommate Name and home phone number and Suite mates names(if assigned to University Suites)/Apartment mates (if in Arbor View)
