ANNOUNCEMENT (September 9, 2004)

This is a repeat of an e-mail sent out two days ago.  Since some of the e-mails came back to me, I thought that I should post it as well.

I have examined all of the proposals which have been submitted to me and they are ready for you to pick up. I will place them in the pocket on my office door. Most of them need some revision, which you should do and re-submit. In general, they need a more specific statement of what you treat as a point of focus. There are specific comments on each one. If there are questions, ask me.
